This Game for both Regions are unsupported and in need of a fix.

You have to use Rice Video to see video but it still seems core related when it freezes?

This game are using Thread functions(osCreateThread, osCreateMesgQueue, etc) too.
 bugs on emulating thread?

Gent and I spent the day looking at odd games like this.
It seems there is a limitation on the RSP plugin specification that this game exposes.

angrylion on emutalk released a modified version of the z64 rsp that includes hacks to actually play this game, Stunt Racer 64, and Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine.
I've included a zip of the plugins that were used during this testing, the rsp is called z64 RSP R17 Simple Interpreter.
World Driver Championship also requires the z64gl graphics plugin since I do not believe anything else handles that ucode.

The really odd part is that these games look much better on interpreter than on recompiler.

I don't know how far fixes can or will go in relation to this game.
The RSP spec would need to be changed to allow this game to do what it requires.
The recompiler needs to be looked at to see what is different from the interpreter.

-Edit-
Forgot to mention, glew32.dll is required to be in the same folder the pj64 exe is in for z64gl to work.

Just adding these pictures so we are clear on what the difference is between Interpreter and Recompiler with this game.
