This game are using Thread functions(osCreateThread, osCreateMesgQueue, etc) too.
 bugs on emulating thread?

I have a workaround for this game and it is based on the fix for Taz Express.

It seems I must include two delays for the RCP.
One RSP delay for this game and one RDP delay for Taz Express.
I was too quick in naming the delay for Taz Express.

This isn't a fix but rather a nasty hack that I don't fully understand.
There may be a problem with the scheduler for the tasks or something inside the RCP that should be occurring such as cross-communication between the RDP and RSP.
It may even be simpler and it's just a register that isn't being set or checked.
Sadly without access to a real N64 and the development tools I have no idea what the root of the problem may be.

Still, for now this will make the games work so I will go ahead and start implementing the rom options and adding them to the GUI.
I would say expect a build with these delays in within the week, Tuesday or Wednesday if I don't run into problems.

It seems I did not run into any issues.

This build includes two new rom options.
RSP Delay Interrupt will delay the RSP (audio) from executing, this allows for NFL Quarterback 98 to start.
RDP Delay Interrupt will delay the RDP (video) from executing, this allows for Taz Express to start.

That is the best explanation I can give for these options as I do not fully understand them.
These options should either be required or not.
If the game started up before these will only worsen emulation by causing flickering video or lagged audio.

Both these settings seem to allow NFL Quarterback 98 and Taz Express to start over here, where as the above build does not run NFL Quarterback 98 just Taz Express.

How has the setting changed to allow it now to run on both?

Slight coding error on my part, now RDP and RSP Delays are handled independently.
