Mario Kart 64

  • video
    • slow in menus (and possibly during race on some systems, may still be some texture caching issues).
    • "2" (2nd place) on the race position indicator HUD is shown as a "5" (regression since v1.5x)
    • Whomp blocks in Bowser's Castle drawn incorrectly (regression since v1.5x) the screen above the bridge on the first level (see below) uses primary framebuffer.

An unmentioned issue is the missing dissolve effect that occurs after you get picked up by Lakitu and just before the screen transition where you are placed back on the track. Its not easy to notice, but its emulated correctly by Glide64.
This dissolve effect looks exactly like the effect used in Super Mario 64 for the invisible cap and warp.
