Beetles / HSV Adventure Racing Demo Play

I must be honest, until RadeonUser Pointed this out fully, i never even noticed it to this extent.

When you leave the game to just go into demo play mode; it does not play the way it does on the real console. On the real it does a Freeze Frame effect on the Cars as the Statement Text comes up on it "Thrills" "Excitement" Etc

OK, after further in-depth investigation. It has been found that on CF4, the demo play becomes correct but then the game play itself becomes to horrific to be an option.

I suppose why this issue wasn't corrected or otherwise flagged in the past was, we never had Emulate AI and RSP Audio Signal back in the day. And the sound on CF4was way too fast to be a viable option without them.

I'm just digging around trying to find things that interest me while I chew on how exactly I want to finish off the settings rewrite.
Horribly outdated 16bit 'compatibility' code is not nice at all :(
I would have hated to see some update finally kill that code and make the emu unusable.
