yes in the RDB this is down as Jabo Errors and how to use 3rd party plugins.
In the GameFAQ i will say to use Glide64.

If you feel there are a lot more in the RDB that can benifit from the: Use 3rd party video RDB setting please download the latest file from Here and by all means make those changes and list the change in the Project64 RDB section of the forum.
